I’m not a computing specialist. Can I still teach these lessons?
Yes. You don’t need to be a computing specialist to use these lessons. Each unit is designed to give you the structure and support you need to teach with confidence, even if you’re learning some of the subject alongside your pupils.
Lessons include clear explanations, step-by-step teaching, ready-to-use activities and answers, so you won’t need to spend hours researching the topic before you can teach it.
They’re equally suitable for computing specialists who simply want high-quality, ready-to-teach lessons that save planning time.
How can I buy the resources?
You can purchase computer science lessons and teaching resources directly on the website by adding them to your cart and paying via PayPal or with a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can pay using a purchase order form. Simply email your order to [email protected], including your purchase order number. I will send you an invoice with 30-day payment terms, meaning full payment is due no later than 30 days after the order is processed. Don’t worry though, I’ll send you the resources as soon as the order is confirmed, so you won’t need to wait for the full 30 days to access them.
How do I get the resources?
If you purchase through the website (via PayPal or credit/debit card), you will receive a link to download the resources straight away. The link will be sent via email, so please ensure you enter the correct email address when placing your order. If you make a mistake, contact me at [email protected], and I’ll do my best to send the resources another way. If you’re purchasing through a school purchase order, I will email you the resources once the order is confirmed. However, this may not be until the next working day, so you may not receive them immediately, but I promise to send them as soon as I can.
Do you create resources for A-level computer science?
At the moment, I don’t, as I simply don’t have the time. It’s something I would like to do in the future, but not for the foreseeable future, I’m afraid.
Do you charge VAT?
No, I don’t charge VAT as I’m below the VAT threshold. The price you see is the price you pay, with no VAT to add.
